We will acknowledge your complaint and review the issues you have raised. We may contact you if we need further information.
Your complaint will be considered carefully and we will provide a written response setting out our findings and any action we consider appropriate.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be able to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman.
The Legal Ombudsman normally expects you to have raised the complaint with us first. Current time limits generally require a complaint to be referred within six months of our final response and within one year of the act or omission complained about, or within one year of when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) may be able to assist where your concern relates to professional conduct, such as dishonesty, misuse of client money or a breach of regulatory obligations.
